Rent-To-Own Agreement
1. The monthly rental for the BackPro-CPM $49.95 for 33 months, and may be purchased for one final payment of $46.65. The first monthly rental payment will be charged to your credit card the day the machine is shipped, each following monthly rental payment will be charged to your credit card, the same day of the month as the initial charge. 2. In addition BackPainGo LLC. will charge your credit card $69.00 for shipping and handling costs, for delivery to the renter within the continental US. 3. BackPainGo LLC. also requires a $300.00 deposit for the rental of the BackPro-CPM Motorized Exercise Table. This deposit will be charged to your credit card. 4. The renter may return the BackPro-CPM by the end of the three month minimum rental period (please allow 7 days shipping time). The $300.00 deposit will be returned, upon receipt of the machine in good condition, thereby canceling the rental contract. To return the machine, the renter need only call customer service at 1-877-222-5552 and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Write the RMA number on the outside of the original shipping box and return the machine prepaid to the factory. (BackPainGo LLC. insures each Machine for $800.00. It is advisable for the Renter to place the same insurance on the machine in the event that it is damaged in transit.) 5. It is understood and agreed to by the renter, that if the BackPro-CPM has not returned to BackPainGo LLC. by the end of the third month, the renter will be responsible for the 34 monthly payments as described in Paragraph 1; the deposit becomes a down payment; and the rental agreement becomes a binding 34 month contract. If at any time during the term of this contract, BackPainGo LLC. is unable to charge your credit card, as agreed in Paragraph 1, for 2 consecutive months, due to the credit card being declined, the entire balance of the contract becomes due and payable immediately. 6. Title to the BackPro-CPM or the BackPro-CPM will be retained by BackPainGo LLC. until all payments have been made by the renter. 7. This Rent-To-Own agreement is valid within the continental USA only, and is intended for personal use only and not available for commercial users. 8. It is recommended that you print out a copy of this agreement for your records.
